My scope is international, as of late I'm very active in the U.K. and India. The name of my company is a bit of a misnomer since the breadth of our services goes beyond retained searches. We reach deeper to understand not only the business model, but also the mission of the Board and the executive team, succession strategies and long-term goals. Often we assist in defining those missions, strategies and goals with assessments of the Board and the executive team before we commence a search.
